The main menu is part of the WordPress administration. It is located vertically on the left side of the screen. It allows access to the different parts of the administration
After installing WordPress, the main menu consists of the following items: posts, media, pages, comments, appearance, plugins, users, tools and settings.
By hovering over each item, you will see sub-menus offering access to other pages in the administration.
The WordPress menu will automatically and dynamically adapt itself when plugins are added or depending on the chosen theme.
