Have you decided to design your next WordPress site with Elementor? Good decision.

Only now you’ll have to gather all the necessary plugins to include all the features you’ve been thinking about, and finally get to the final result you want.

And this is where you meet Crocoblock.

Hello Crocoblock!

In this post, I took a deep dive into the world of Crocoblock, a company that offers a whole bunch of tools to help Elementor users create powerful and original websites.

Plugins, themes, templates… Crocoblock has a lot to offer! Let’s see what it’s all about, shall we?

Transparency point: The links in this post are mostly affiliate links. This means that, if you purchase a Crocoblock plugin or subscription via these links, WPMarmite will earn a commission on it. Build your website with Elementor

Design easily the look and feel of your WordPress website with the famous page builder.

What is Crocoblock?

Crocoblock is a real all-in-one toolbox mainly designed for Elementor users. It offers about twenty plugins for the famous site builder, site templates, and even a free theme.
Note that a third of its plugins can also be used with the WordPress content editor (Gutenberg).

Let me break it down for you.

To learn how to master Elementor at your fingertips, check out our complete guide.

What is the JetPlugins suite for Elementor?

If you’ve ever heard of Crocoblock, it’s probably for its ultra-complete suite of plugins for Elementor.

Strangely enough, the name of each of these plugins starts with “Jet”, and not with “Croco”… but we’ll skip the branding blunder, and instead talk about the interest of each of these plugins.

To access these plugins, there are two possibilities: either you subscribe to Crocoblock (which we’ll tell you about at the end of the post), or you download each plugin that interests you individually.

Some of them don’t seem essential to your site, but you dream of jumping on others immediately? It is possible that one of the Crocoblock packages will suit you… Be sure to look at everything that is available to you: considering the price of a plugin, maybe the annual subscription is more interesting for you.

Jet plugins for adding widgets to Elementor

A large majority of the plugins in the Jet suite simply allow you to add more or less essential widgets to Elementor. You should know that some of them are free!

I’m thinking in particular of:

Does this make your mouth water? Let’s take a closer look.

JetElements

With this plugin, no less than 46 additional Elementor widgets are added to the page builder.

Even though Elementor already includes a lot of great elements to build your site, JetElements adds more to the mix, such as:

The great thing about the JetElements plugin: no more downloading dozens of plugins to set up tables, newsletter signup forms, or even Instagram feeds to your website.

Everything you can think of is there, and becomes easily customizable via Elementor’s settings, for $43 download only.

See demos of JetElements widgets:

JetBlog

As the name suggests, JetBlog lets you add 6 blog widgets to Elementor:

Want to control your blog’s homepage in a very intuitive way, and customize its appearance easily? JetBlog might interest you, for $23 for the individual plugin.

See the JetBlog widget demos:

JetBlocks

Aaah customizing the header and footer… that can be a real headache.

Even if Elementor Pro and the WordPress content editor (from WP 5.9 onwards) facilitate this phase of the website creation, the JetBlocks plugin will help you to get there easily.

The principle: 9 additional widgets are added to Elementor, to allow you to add to these key places of your pages, and to customize

Drag and drop… and go! Your header and your footer are ready, at a price of $19. Fingers in the nose, I told you.

See JetBlocks widgets demos:

JetMenu

Do you dream of an original mega menu, where you can add images, videos, sections and sub-sections in a few clicks? JetMenu has what you need under the hood.

Whether it’s a vertical or horizontal menu, you can manage its different elements in Elementor, smoothly and efficiently… all for $43.

JetReviews

We talked about it in a previous post: customer reviews posted on your website have many benefits, including reassuring your visitors about your expertise.

The JetReviews plugin ($22) allows you to display “static” customer reviews, in order to highlight the opinions of your users and/or customers, for example by displaying ratings and a written review.

Moreover, and much more interestingly, you have a fairly advanced control over the management of your future reviews:

See the demo of JetReviews:

JetSearch

Available only in the Pro version of Elementor, the search bar can be a very useful feature, especially for websites with a lot of content.

The big plus on the JetSearch plugin? The possibility to control the number of results displayed, and the addition of additional search filters (by categories, tags, or any other taxonomy). All this for $23.

Also note that the search form works with AJAX, a set of technologies that allow you to display search results very quickly in real time, based on user suggestions.

You can skip it if you already have the Pro version of Elementor, and if you want to integrate a simple search bar to your site.

See the JetSearch demo:

JetTabs

With JetTabs, you get 4 additional Elementor widgets:

  • Elementor Accordion: an accordion-like image gallery, which you can enrich with text and buttons.
  • Classic Accordion: a FAQ-like accordion, which you can also enrich with images or buttons.

For $23, and for the little use you can make of it on a WordPress site, you can choose a free plugin that does the job very well to add these micro-functions.

See JetTabs widgets demos:

JetTricks

Even if you have to be careful with their use, animation effects on a website have become a real essential. They make your content more dynamic, and give a professional look to your WordPress site.

With JetTricks, you can add 8 widgets to Elementor:

It’s hard to describe in words each of these widgets. If you’re curious about this plugin, I’ll let you check out what JetTricks looks like in vivo (for $23 for the individual plugin).

See JetTricks widgets demos:

JetPopup

This is simply the plugin from Crocoblock’s Jet suite that allows you… to build your popups with Elementor.

8 different styles of popups are waiting for you, including popups to collect consent for your cookies, promotion popups, newsletter signup, countdown, etc.

You can choose where and how your popups will be displayed on your pages (full page, top or bottom, left or right side of the screen, etc.), as well as set dynamic display conditions (e.g. display a popup on such and such page).

This is a clever plugin, at $22, which becomes interesting if you really want to create very original popups… provided you don’t use Elementor Pro, which already has a popup builder at least as elaborate.

Jet plugins for more advanced websites

JetThemeCore

If you’ve ever used WordPress and Elementor, you know: some elements are only customizable through your theme settings, or specific plugins.

JetThemeCore allows you to customize some of these parts of your site with Crocoblock.

Thanks to the plugin, you design in the Elementor interface:

The little extra? Page templates included in the plugin, which allow you to start from a solid base to design your own pages.

JetAppointment & JetBooking

If you want to create a WordPress site with Elementor, and you need to integrate appointment or booking features, Crocoblock has what you need:

The whole thing is integrated with WooCommerce in an intuitive way, for the greatest pleasure of ecommerce website designers. Note: these plugins are only available through Crocoblock’s “Multi-tool” monthly subscription.

Important note: you can also use these two plugins with the WordPress content editor (Gutenberg), with which they are compatible.

Finally, they can only work if the JetEngine plugin, which you will discover just below, is installed beforehand.

Discover these two plugins:

JetEngine

This is a plugin that will please anyone who wants to go further into customization. If you need to create custom post types or specific taxonomies, and then use them in Elementor or Gutenberg, JetEngine is for you.

The plugin adds specific Elementor widgets, which allow you to display dynamic content on your website. And that’s really a big, big plus for customizing your content based on your visitors’ profiles!

Available as an individual download for $43, JetEngine allows you to go further with Crocoblock, without being a code pro.

Discover JetEngine:

JetSmartFilters

To guide your customers in their search on your website or ecommerce store, nothing is better than filters that allow you to find a product in an ultra-specific way.

With JetSmartFilters, for $43, you can add these famous filters based on the notes left on your products, text search, or date ranges.

A real essential to improve the user experience on a store created with Crocoblock, but also on Gutenberg.

JetWooBuilder

In JetWooBuilder, for $43, it’s no less than 64 additional Elementor widgets, applicable to all your WooCommerce pages, that you will find.

Product grids and lists, add to cart button, ratings and customer reviews, etc. will allow you to customize your key pages (Shop, Product, Cart, My Account, Payment).

The plugin contains all the key blocks to create your online store, and configure it via Elementor settings.

JetProduct Gallery

JetProductGallery has a pretty telling name: it lets you create customizable WooCommerce product galleries with Elementor and Crocoblock.

With this plugin (at $23), you get 4 new Elementor widgets for WooCommerce, allowing you to style your product galleries in four different ways (grid, slider, images and anchor navigation).

JetCompare&Wishlist

As the name suggests, the JetCompare&Wishlist plugin from Crocoblock ($15) gives you access to 6 additional Elementor widgets, to set up:

Have you found several Crocoblock plugins that interest you? Once Crocoblock is installed on your site, and the plugins are selected, you will find them all on a unified tab, in your WordPress administration.

Each plugin then has its own dedicated tab in the administration, to manage the settings of each of them.

The Crocoblock site templates

Beyond its suite of Jet plugins, Crocoblock also offers pre-designed site templates, perfectly adapted to Elementor.

An All-Inclusive subscription (from $199 a year) gives you access to a dozen “dynamic” templates and about fifty “design” templates.

Enough to get you started on a solid foundation, and then customize your site entirely with Elementor.

The free theme Kava

Crocoblock also offers a theme perfectly optimized for Elementor (and for the Crocoblock JetPlugins suite): Kava.

Individually downloadable for free, compatible with WooCommerce, and included in all Crocoblock subscription packages, it is a particularly lightweight theme. In fact, the website clearly states:

I checked for you: these figures are pretty much right, for the demo page of the theme. Note that these numbers may vary depending on your site configuration, geographical location, etc.

If you choose multiple plugins from the Jet suite, having a lightweight, high-performance theme is absolutely crucial, to avoid hurting the speed of your site. For that, the Kava theme is ideal.

The big plus of the Kava theme? The dozens of different blog homepage layouts and blog posts it offers. If you plan to launch a blog on your Elementor website, you will certainly find something to make it very original with Kava. I let you see the demos of these layouts right here.

All in all, Kava is a powerful Elementor optimized theme, which helps you to start your website project on a good basis.

If you want to use Crocoblock’s Jet suite of plugins, or if you’ve been seduced by a Crocoblock site template, I recommend you go with Kava.

This being said, Kava is not the only theme that is perfectly adapted to Elementor: I had already selected, some time ago, themes adapted for Elementor, here. You might as well go and have a look at them, before making your choice!

How does Crocoblock work in practice?

If you subscribe to one of the paid Crocoblock subscriptions, the site will give you access to download an installation wizard.

No need to install each plugin and each template by hand: the Crocoblock wizard guides you through the installation, from your WordPress administration.

The utility will first ask you to enter your license key, available on the Crocoblock website.

You will then be able to choose the theme with which you want to use Crocoblock.

To test the solution in its entirety, I personally chose to use the Kava theme. But you can see that the utility proposes you to use one of the other themes perfectly adapted to Elementor which are:

Browse our selection of the best free WordPress themes.

Afterwards, the wizard suggests you to choose among the available Crocoblock website templates:

Then comes the moment to configure the plugins you have chosen in your Crocoblock package:

Following the installation wizard, Crocoblock proposed me to install for me Elementor, but also WooCommerce and Contact Form 7, the famous WordPress forms plugin included in the package. Good job, Crocoblock!

You had already started to tweak your site before installing Crocoblock, and don’t want to lose the existing content on your WordPress?

No problem: the wizard allows you to choose whether you want to replace all the current content of the site with the content of the demo or not.

At this stage of the installation, make yourself a cup of coffee, and relax: the installation can take a while (about 4-5 minutes for me in this test), especially when Crocoblock regenerates all the thumbnails of your content.

You can also watch some tips on how to use the solution during this time.

All good? Congratulations: you have installed Crocoblock on your WordPress site!

Several elements appear on your administration page:

You know what?! We love how easy it is to install Crocoblock.

What about the Crocoblock community?

Beyond its high quality products, Crocoblock has succeeded in building a real community of WordPress site creators who use its plugins, its theme and its templates.

All in all, the designers of Crocoblock seem motivated to continuously improve what they propose. We appreciate these efforts to develop a real community of Elementor aficionados.

How much does Crocoblock cost?

Now that the appetizer is over, it’s time to pay the bill. So let’s talk money!

You want to start designing your website with Crocoblock?

There are currently 4 different packages:

Considering the price of a single plugin (on average $20), if you have a crush on more than 3 Jet plugins and/or on some paid site templates, your yearly package will quickly pay for itself.

Personally, considering the quality of the plugins and templates offered, I find Crocoblock’s prices particularly reasonable.

Our final opinion on Crocoblock

You may have already sensed it when reading the article: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Crocoblock products:

To make it short, the great advantage of Crocoblock is to gather in the same place all the tools you might need to easily design a site with Elementor.
